On Wednesday evenings we have a number of groups that meet on a regular basis in the homes of several church members.  They take their name from Acts 2:42 "they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer". They meet in Allestree, Oakwood, Mickleover and Littleover. Everybody who attends the church is allocated to a group in their area and on average there are about 8 - 12 in each. Unfortunately there are those that due to work and family commitments aren't able to attend regularly.

We meet to study the Bible and pray together. It is also a great opportunity to get to know each other and form new friendships. Sometimes we will study a particular book of the Bible and sometimes take a topical issue and find out what the Bible has to say about it.

There are also two women's daytime bible study groups in Allestree.
